Fundraising and CommunicationsThe Carole Robertson Center for Learning has served children and families from our original location on the Near West Side since our founding in 1976. For over 40 years, the Center has been a reliable presence in a changing community. The Near West Side community has undergone tremendous change in recent years with the expansion of the Illinois Medical District, the second largest in the country, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as the recent addition of several state and federal buildings. Today, this location houses the Center's administrative offices as well as our home-based programs.
